The flat was not clean at all. After two days of empty promises for cleaning, nothing happened and we had to clean the flat ourselves. The flat smelled bad. The lack of basic things like detergent,, soap, shampoo, toilet paper ... The furniture was old and in bad shape. It did not look like the photos. I do not recommend it.

We are 2 digital nomads, and it was good to stay and work there. Very peaceful place. No noise. There are trees, peaceful surroundings. The balcony is very comfortable to have a dinner/breakfast/lunch there. Wifi is good, never had a problem. Elevator!!! It is awesome! I think the place is little bit expensive, but still I like it. Recommend!

You cannot find a better place than Sinan's apartment. It is a very quiet area with few local stores and restaurants, not for tourists. So you can get authentic food about 3-5 minutes by walking from the place. Sinan is very proactive and always ready to answer any of your questions. Will definitely stay again at Sinan's place if I will be back to Antalya!

Wonderful place, lovely and peaceful, a few restaurants nearby. Sinan is also a host that goes above and beyond. Had a little delay on the checkin, but it was resolved in a way that made me feel safe and cared for.

Very good apartment in a modern building. My family was pleased to stay there. The place has all essentials for living. The district is quiet and beautiful, suitable for walking. Sinan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Quickly responded to all our needs. Even helped us to get to the airport. Thank you Sinan! ✌️
