Place is in a nice location and easy to find with a great pool. Accommodation, however, requires significant repair and maintenance. Host is responsive but required new dishwasher during stay and multiple other repairs to be done that impacts value and enjoyment. With a deep clean and some repair it would more worth the value of the high price paid. Pool is kid friendly but fines for anyone under 12 to go in the hot tub. Minimal views as it’s an end unit (only from one upper deck). Well stocked with beach supplies and coolers available which was nice.

Petrea was a lovely host. Her communication was helpful and she worked hard to remedy a small issue when a prior guest had taken the pool key. She reached out to the property manager and had it replaced as soon as possible so we could enjoy the lovely pool. The condo is comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to grocery and shopping and convenient to several beaches.

Our stay was great! The home was as described & gave us all plenty of room. It’s located to easily run/bike/ walk down Ali’i Dr. but to cover to shops & things you’ll need to drive or bike. The little shopping center close by was great with a grocery, drugstore & other little shops. The host/management was very responsive with questions. Thanks again for a great stay!

I loved this home and the location was great! Close to several beautiful beaches and places to eat. The ocean view was wonderful along with enjoying the wild life from the upstairs balcony every morning. We booked our trip very spontaneously and we were unable to reserve our timeshare but Petrea's place was worth the extra expense. I would definitely recommend!

Petrea was a gracious and hospitable host. We had some minor issues when we checked in; we communicated this to Petrea and she fixed the issues with no delay. The condo was at a great location; it felt like it was in the middle of everything we did. The condo itself had everything my family needed - from beach supplies to laundry supplies, kitchen items, bbq grill, bathroom supplies, etc. We did, however, had trouble turning on the televisions in all 3 bedrooms. But we were barely in our bedrooms anyway so that wasn’t a deal breaker. At checkout, we had a late flight so we communicated this to Petrea and she allowed us to stay until we were ready to leave. This really helped us ALOT!! Overall our stay was great. My family enjoyed the community pool and we loved calling the condo our home for eight days. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and thank you Petrea for being a great host.
