The Creekside Tiny Cabin is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful spot. Tons of small, quaint touches such as hand-drawn instructions, a hiking trail with hand-drawn map and a scavenger hunt. We got rained out so didn't get to enjoy the outside of the property as much as we would have liked, but there is a very spacious fire pit area complete with paper, kindling, and firewood which we would love to make use of next time we come out this way! The creek is beautiful with tumbling waterfalls among lush greenery. The hiking path is well cleared and great for kids and adults alike. The cabin itself is adorable and well done with high quality touches. We'd definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to be at peace in nature and enjoy the natural beauty this area has to offer!
Such a wonderfully beautiful haven Bob & Cindy have created seamlessly along side the gorgeous nature surrounding the cabin. My crew came to unplug and this was the absolute perfect place to do so! It was a short stay but it has fueled us all in ways we all needed! We will be back for sure!
This was my second visit to this little piece of paradise. What a gem! So peaceful and inviting not to mention spotless and well appointed. Thank you Bob and Cindy for being responsible and respectful hosts.
Creekside was simply amazing! It was a perfect hidden gem! The tiny cabin was cozy yet spacious enough.. so clean & fresh! The window above the bed was so amazing and the view never got old. The creek was paradise ! Great relaxation spot & the scavenger trail was so fun for my hubby and I. We spent our 18 yr anniversary here and we cannot wait to go back! Planning to book again soon! Bob & Cindy were so wonderful and didn’t miss a detail! They were so kind! The biscuits & homemade jam was the perfect touch before we departed! Not enough words to describe this amazing getaway spot !
Our stay at Creekside Tiny Cabin was absolutely amazing and much needed for our busy family! We are constantly non stop and this beautiful outdoor oasis was just what we needed. What we loved most was the fact that we could just stay put and enjoy the property. It had so much to offer. Walking along the creek and doing the scavenger hunt daily was a highlight. Our boys loved playing in the creek, collecting rocks, and creating new rock formations around the property. We visited the Fish Hatchery which was perfect for our boys and also hiked for a day at Lost River. The property was well maintained and absolutely beautiful. We loved the style and all the details of the tiny cabin. We want to come back every season and see what more the cabin has to offer. We will definitely be back!!!

自我介绍
Cindy and I lived the majority of our lives in Northeast Ohio, with a National Park in our backyard. Our jobs took us to the Washington, DC area in 2011. After living in a high rise for a few years, we realized how much we missed the peacefulness of the woods. In 2016, we began looking for property to build a tiny cabin, but instead, purchased a partially finished cabin in the mountains outside of Moorefield, WV and took the next year to completely renovate it. We loved the entire experience, so in 2018, we purchased the adjacent 20 acres with stream frontage and began our journey to design and construct the modern tiny cabin we now call Creekside. We are excited to offer our property and look forward to showing you the 'Wild and Wonderful' West Virginia.
