The apartment, on the first floor of a traditional Milanese building, located in a strategic position and equipped with complete household equipment, was designed to ensure maximum comfort for every need. Thanks to its 200 square meters, the large interior spaces, the presence of a security door and double glazed windows, maximum privacy is always guaranteed. Casa da Suite Ambiziosa begins with a large living room, equipped with a dining and sitting area, where there is a double sofa bed. From this area it is possible to access the eat-in kitchen, equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a second dining area. From the long corridor you reach the four bedrooms, two of which are double, one twin (also double if necessary) and one triple (with a double bed and a single bed). The two bathrooms (one with a bathtub for 2 people in the living area and one with shower and washing machine close to the sleeping area) are located at both ends of the house. The very large balcony extends over the entire length of the apartment: it is in fact accessible from the kitchen, from the entrance and from two bedrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The wifi connection is unlimited. The garage (2.40x5.00m) is always available to guests (at a rate of 10 euros per day). The latest generation autonomous heating is strong and efficient.

ho prenotato per amici, "Reunion di famiglia" che non si vedeva da tempo. dicono che si sono trovati bene, il soggiorno in casa piacevole e confortevole. Posizione più comoda se si èforniti di macchina, ma ci si muove comunque anche a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Comoda la vicinanza al centro commerciale.

The place had enough space for 6 people that stayed for a CrossFit competition. The welcome lady was very kind. The house was not so clean. It had almost everything we wanted for meal preparation etc. unfortunately probably the owner that has also the above floor who is also in Airbnb was renovating the ground floor. So also in Sunday morning they were demolishing and hitting so we could sleep or relax

Lovers of jogging and outdoor sports can appreciate the facilities offered by the Parco del Medio Valle del Lambro: a green oasis, recently built, characterized by two hills, about twenty meters high, the result of process of recovery and reclamation of the industrial area active until the end of the 60s of the last century. Today these two hills are real monuments of a museum spread over the territory, of industry history and of work. The hill to the north, on clear days, offers a spectacular view of the Alps; while the south hill is a panoramic terrace overlooking the large abandoned plants that have been conserved in the Falck areas of Sesto San Giovanni, and that as UNESCO's candidates for world heritage, will be recovered and restructured as part of a major project signed by architect Renzo Piano.
The building that houses this apartment is located in a strategic position, convenient to go in a very short time both in Milan and Monza (the city famous for the racetrack, F1 races, the Royal villa and the huge park that surrounds it).
Five minutes away, the A4 Torino-Trieste motorway junction allows to reach Bergamo Orio al Serio airport in less than half an hour, while the one on the North ring road connects all other motorways to Milan, including the connections for the Milan Linate and Malpensa airports.
The Sesto San Giovanni railway station nearby connects, with frequent trains day and night, Milan and the tourist points of interest of the nearby Lake Como. At the same station Fs is also confirmed the line 1 (Red) with Sesto Primo Maggio Fs stop of the Milan metro, for fast transfers to Piazza Duomo, the San Siro stadium and the exhibition areas of Fiera Milano.
