巨大的20世纪20年代房屋，位于佩里市中心。这栋房子距离市中心仅几个街区，比看起来大得多。 全新装修，设有6间卧室和2间全功能卫生间。酒店设有正餐厅、带座椅的大厨房、可容纳6人的桌子、舒适的起居室和阳光浴室。 隔壁的停车场也是我们所有的，是孩子们玩耍的好去处。 我们还为您准备了特殊场合，如派对和新娘/婴儿淋浴间。 房子未出租时，房主已入住。您可以使用所有电器、厨房用具、洗衣机和烘干机。

Grandma Helen’s House is a gem. We will certainly be returning soon!
Grandma Helen's was beautiful and cozy! It's a gorgeous home. Had everything we needed, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. This was our 8th girls weekend and this was our favorite place we've ever stayed! We will be booking another weekend and would recommend to friends.
Perfect place for a family holiday!
This was our second stay at Grandma Helen's house. Both times it has been spotless with a lot of thoughtful touches, including a welcome note, a candy dish, and makeup removers in the the bathrooms. Our group of 6 stayed at the house for a celebration weekend, so it was affordable when split between us. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the living area is beautiful with gorgeous craftsman woodwork. I'd highly recommend staying here if you have a reason to be in Perry, Iowa!
