Great stay! The location is definitely the highlight, as it's conveniently situated within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Despite being centrally located, the street it's on is relatively quiet, which was nice for getting a good night's sleep. Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a convenient stay in a central location at a reasonable price. It may not be the most luxurious option, but it offers good value for money and a comfortable base for exploring

We had a wonderful time in Nola and so glad we had this great Airbnb to stay in for 4 nights. We cooked breakfasts there and dinner one night and brought in restaurant food other times. We needed a firm mattress and it was the best we’ve experienced in an Airbnb. There was plenty of space for all of our needs. Thanks, Minh, for making us feel so at home with your well stocked kitchen and with your communication and response to our requests.

Very clean, low-key funky vibe, great beds, pillows, bathroom lighting. Just right for 2 people; four people you'd better get along well, especially if you got hit with rainy weather! 6 adults??????? a family of six is also?????? Kitchen stocked appropriately with dinnerware; cooking utensils, etc. were adequate for a city where people usually eat out. Backyard barbecue grill area is all cement and there is no privacy between 2 units. You are expected to leave the unit as you found it, including taking out trash and stripping beds. Location is VERY quiet. The walk to the trolley is more like 15 minutes for anyone with balance issues and impossible for wheelchair unless you use the streets. We saw Minh once at 9:30 pm while we were getting ready to enter the unit We spoke barely 4 sentences with him, although he was courteous. Text communication was good Ron B. and Ellen H.

Great location. Couple blocks from Magazine but in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Neighborhood is super dog friendly and place is one block from park.
