Advantages: landlord friendly and helpful, near metro station, cheap rent. Disadvantages: old, dirty, smelly, cockroaches, noise, heating not warm enough, very cold.

A pesar que tenía mis dudas al principio por lo reducido espacio, fue una sorpresa lo bien distribuida que estaba la habitación, la limpieza y la atención yeah amable del anfitrión. Mi estadía fue agradable y tranquila. Lo recomiendo!

For what you pay, the stay is great! Near stores, restaurants and metro/bus stations. The room is small and cozy and a ++ for the private bathroom. The host was very sympathetic and greets you at checkin and gives you farewell at checkout. Very responsive and will answer all your inquiries in short amount of time. Everything in the room was clean and also provides towels and soap:) I recommend this stay!!

I stay 1 month and my experience was completely fine. I didn't have troubles during my visit and the hoster help me a lot since first day.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and i loved it. It was worth with what i paid for, although it was far from the main cities like gangnam, myeongdong, hongdae and etc. it was still convenient bcs of the subway station near it(walking distance). Very convenient bcs there’s a lot of restaurants, 7/11, cu at the area. Mr. Kim is very nice host i was very thankful of him:) would definitely come back for my next solo travels!
