We spent a week in the apartment in November 2021. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience in this apartment. The main issue is that there is a large hotel under construction 4 meters from the front door of the apartment. Trucks and construction started at about 630 AM every day and there was hammers and heavy equipment moving throughout the day. The apartment building itself is not set up to deal with construction so close. There is no front fence, parking or garden or anything in between the property of the loft and the construction. Every time a truck brought materials it felt as if they were inside our condo. Also the construction workers were constantly in front of our door, sometime what appeared to be sleeping against our door. The apartment doesnt have any inside space to relax since there are no couches and the roof top deck is incomplete. Since you cant be outside b/c of the construction you would think it would be comfortable inside but its just a couple beds and AC. The fotos are a bit misleading b/c it appears the Lofts are complete but there is only 1 complete and the other is just construction. Overall the apartment will be nicer in a year or so. The host needs to finish it, add shower curtains, put soap, paper towels in the apartment, a fence, garden, fix the parking problem, maybe finish the roof. If you are just dropping your stuff and going to kite it works, we are traveling with a 6th month baby so really needed something different, quieter and finished. I usually don't write reviews but the host just kept saying its not her fault and didn't seem to want to make any changes to accommodate guests. We spent a lot of money on the unit and wished we had spent that money elsewhere since we had a choice before we rented and it ruined our vacation to be living inside a construction zone for a week. We would have left after 2 days but its very difficult to move with the baby and change reservations at the place we were staying in a week.

The project of the house is super nice. The rooftop is one of my favorite spots. Claudia has included very nice furniture (the bed is great) and has tried to make my stay the best possible. I asked for some adjustments that she was prone to help, quick feedback on the requests and she was super flexible with me. Thanks!

We have spent 10 days in this amazing triplex loft and we couldn't be more delighted about our stay. Claudia brought us an excellent service, with fast answers and solutions for everything. The architecture and the interior design were made with affection and taste. And everything is made to keep you there more days: The kitchen works perfectly for cooking if your are tired from the restaurants, the rooftop with the sea view is magical and beds are large and comfy! The location is great as there are many shops around the house and you are at 20 meters from the beach. Perfect for a honeymoon, a kitesurf trip or even to do home office (Internet was working perfectly which is not the case of many places around Jeri o Prea) I would definitely recommend the place and come back if I travel back to Prea!

Dona Cláudia muito gente boa e atenciosa, tudo muito legal e bonito, tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com água,mas ela deu assistência e negociamos para ficar tudo ok, super índico o local, experiência única ! Voltarei em breve
