The host is exceptionally accommodating and supportive, ideal for newcomers to Toronto. His cozy accommodation is fully equipped, offering more than necessary at a very reasonable cost amidst Toronto's housing crisis. The location is perfect, with essentials like the Toronto Public Library, a mall with a food court, No Frills, Shopper's Drug Mart, coin laundry, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, and Asian supermarkets like Sunny and Bestco, all within a 700m radius. Conveniently, a bus stop is just a 1-2 minute walk away. For those with cars, the parking is commendable. The Etobicoke Hospital and Woodbine Mall, along with other amenities, are within a 15-25 minute walk.

Vladimir’s place was perfect for my trip, it is close to a bus stop and within walkable distance to a mall where you can find everything from a cup of coffee to grocery shopping or a quick stop for lunch. It is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and the amenities included are just perfect. Vladimir is very helpful and responsive he provided everything I needed to make me confortable. I would definitely recommend this place.
