Overall it was fine, Christina was the caretaker who welcomed me, she's nice and polite as well as Victoria the lady who bid farewell upon my departure were also friendly, I was surprised with noisy air-conditioning and asked for room moved but apparently all units are having the same noise from the AC, group of ants coming from the headboard and I had to keep spraying them with alcohol. The room was dark comparison to the bright lights in the photos, room was missing those green plants decor in the photo that loses its nature feels. No soundproofing, I can hear the voice of a man right outside the unit and I was afraid as at first I was alone and only one female staying in the unit. The checkout time was too early for 10 am. I asked for the possibility of late checkout and eventhough they have many vacant rooms, the host only gave me until 11 am as they are charging 500 php for any further late checkout request.

The place was okay, but the sheets are a bit unclean also the kitchenware are dusty. We felt that the place is not private. the walls are thin. All through our stay we haven’t get a response from our host. We felt unsafe because someone banged to our door stating that they booked a room but nobody want to accommodate them. we had to leave early because of that. Overall it was a bad experience.
