We've stayed here once before a couple years ago. It was flawless then, and it's still flawless now. We've never seen an AirBnb so absolutely clean and pristine. I'd say it's cleaner than any hotel we've ever stayed in. Being literally on the shore of Lake Erie really makes it special too. The deck is a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying one's own happy hour. The greenspace next to the small beach is a real treat as well. It's the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets that are surprisingly plentiful on the lake. Across the street is an ice cream shop directly adjacent to the tree sheltered picnic tables associated with the start of a lovely bike trail. A stone's throw further is a Subway shop, and a short walk from there is a great liquor store. Across from that is the local grocery "Apple's," which is large enough to have anything you'd need to cook-in your meals in the apartment. Various picnic-worthy lakeside parks are nearby in both directions as well.

My favorite thing about this property is that you can hear the waves of the lake at night - it's very soothing. Hal and his crew were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was just as described; there were no surprises. The kitchen is well-appointed and the couch is surprisingly comfortable. The bed was just fine, but not great. Everything in the house was clean, though the interiors do feel a bit cheap. This is not a special place, but if you are looking for something in the area, it's a good option.

Place was better than the photos haha. Perfect getaway for a couple. Great host. Kitchen is awesome, wish I had brought stuff to make breakfast 🍳. My wife was over the moon with the view. yeah 10/10 all round.

Such a peaceful location! My husband and I loved the area and the tranquility surrounding this space. We loved hearing the waves crash at night as we slept, we loved the friendly golden retriever who greeted us after ordering pizza from the recommended Poughboys (10/10). It was a very relaxing stay! Wish I could’ve figured out how to use the coffee pot side of the coffee maker (keurig side worked wonderfully) but that was more than likely operator error!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
