A wonderful home with a wonderful host.
Our group absolutely LOVED this home! Everyone agrees it was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Lots of space, comfortable beds, private, good parking, amazing views, games, speaker, hot tub, 20 minutes from the mountain. We have nothing but wonderful things to say! The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to return to this home.
This was the PERFECT place for our wedding weekend. The house had absolutely EVERYTHING you would ever need. The space was so well thought out and went above and beyond to make all guests feel right at home. It was absolutely stunning and we had the most amazing time hanging on the porch and taking in the INSANE views. Check in was so easy, space was spotless and welcome brochure had the best list of local recommendations! We cannot say enough good things about the spot! Would recommend to anyone we know! :)
Wonderful host! So many thoughtful touches (welcome basket/extra supplies on hand in case you forgot something, etc.). and have never seen a place better stocked for guests. Certainly see myself visiting this property again. We had a wonderful time!
Everything was thought of for us down to the littlest details. The beds were very comfortable, the spaces were all clean and comfortable. High end everything! Couldn’t have asked for more.

During periods of heavy snow, All Wheel Drive, Four Wheel Drive or Snow Tires are required. The driveway will be plowed and the deck shoveled when there is 6 or more inches of snow.
Walking up the driveway from the house, turn right onto Homestead Drive and there is a two mile loop through the neighborhood where you can see wildlife, huge mountain views, flowers and more. It's a great daily walk!

Greetings! After working in the medical field and raising our three older daughters in the Denver area, my husband, Stephen, and I decided to travel as much as possible with our two younger daughters. We have been blessed to share our homes with wonderful friends, family, and renters in Mahahual, Mexico, Orange Beach, Alabama, and now, Grand County, Colorado. We love the Winter Park and Granby areas for the relaxed pace and access to the best of nature: skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing -- the possibilities are endless. We searched for the right cabin for two years and finally chose Sunny Peaks for its panoramic Rocky Mountain views, modern lodge feel, and convenient location between Winter Park and Granby. With trails accessible from our neighborhood and the Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA next door, we try to soak up as much outdoor time as possible. In addition to enjoying the mountain lifestyle, we work with multiple not-for-profit groups that implement programs to help reduce pollution, spread the positive impact of music, feed hungry people, and assist homeless individuals in finding jobs and establishing careers.
