We spent 3 nights over spring break at Trisha and Michael's cabin. It was wonderful. This cabin is a true find. The cabin is very clean and quiet. We saw our hosts come and go a couple of times and the only other road noise was a single neighbor on their gravel driveway. We took advantage of the fire pit and covered/dry firewood to hang out and make S'mores. We relaxed on the deck over the waterfall. We grilled and made great meals. We watched family movies and played games. We had dinner in Oneida and enjoyed poking around the antique store across the street. We slept well and we stayed busy exploring the area. We spent 2 days hiking in Big South Fork area and it was glorious. The visitors center is only about 15 minutes from the cabin and the Leatherwood Loop and Angel Falls trailheads are even closer. The spring wildflowers were incredible along both trails. We also hiked the Middle Creek Nature Trail loop, a surprisingly low impact hike with dozens of rock houses.

My teenage boys and I had an amazing, peaceful, carefree stay at the Log Cabin on the Rocks! We were extremely pleased with the log cabin itself, beautiful attention to every detail! Something for the eye everywhere you look! We had everything we could want/need during our stay. The peaceful sounds of the creeks and water running throughout the back of the property was absolutely perfect. Exploring the property was our favorite! From bonfires and stunning views of the stars to board games, grilling out and dining outside, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway! We ALL had an unforgettable trip and would definitely highly recommend this log cabin for an escape to a little piece of heaven!

What an amazing place. I reconnected with myself here. The cabin was wonderful, and the Wifi was fast and reliable. The area is beautiful and loaded with hiking trails. Trisha and Michael were the perfect hosts, available and responsive. Do yourself a favor and stay here, what a gem!
