Meir's place is outstanding. It's right across the beach and the marina. Perfect place to be on vacation! We stayed with 4 small kids and they enjoyed the place and the location. Meir was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Thanks!

The cleaner was still there when we arrived at checkout, we put our bags inside and she started screaming at us and kicked us out with the bags still inside. We then had to call a friend in Ashkelon to translate and negotiate with her to get our bags back. We attempted to contact the host and he just said "don't worry." He never followed up. After trying for an hour to negotiate with the cleaner to get let back into the apartment, we finally made it in barely in time to get changed for the wedding we were going to. The extra mattress had stains on it, from the positioning I surmise they were likely urine stains. The towels were crusty and dotted with tiny brown stains, god only knows what those were. Blood? Feces? Something worse? There is no lockbox, that's a lie, the key was left under the mat. All in all, an absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience, this listing should be removed.
