O quarto é ótimo, grande, as camas são boas, é fornecido bons cobertores. Os móveis são bons, apesar de um pouco antigos. Tem um ótimo banheiro, espaçoso e com água quente. O apartamento é ótimo, há máquina de café que foi bem útil. Simone se comunica perfeitamente em inglês e responde rápido por mensagem. Só achamos o quarto um pouco frio, Simone nos disse que o aquecimento é automático, mas nada que não se resolvesse com os cobertores. O bairro é bonito, tem alguns cafés muito perto. Apesar de não ser dentro do centro histórico, é muito perto. Me senti muito segura por lá, enquanto mulher. O apartamento é bem privado e não fomos incomodados com barulhos externos ou de outros hóspedes. É uma acomodação que recomendaria para passar uns dias em Florença.

This place had some big disadvantages and some positives which I will explain. The disadvantages: There is a communal space in front of the rooms and it has a massive vending machine in it with crisps and drinks which was incredibly noisy all night. I couldn’t sleep well. It was unnecessary to the vending machine as there are shops 5 minutes away. In the bathroom there was no hot water. The decore and upkeep of the place was basic and rustic in need of some TLC. For example my bed sheet had a tear in it. Accommodation in Florence is not cheap at all and so it seems easy for quality to be low (I have had similar experience before). The positives: The room is massive and the bathroom is big too. It has a private bathroom and it’s walking distance from Florence station and Florence central sites easily. The host is really friendly, kind and helpful.

Bon appartement avec beaucoup d'espace et climatisation. Cependant, le frigidaire qui est très utile, fait beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Simone est très réactif. Je recommande.

Simone's place is a perfect stay in Florence ! The accomodation is as per the listing, Simone is a great host and very responsive, there is flexible check-in and the location is walking distance from the centre and main sites. Even those it's a shared place, we hardly heard any loud noise and it is very private if that's what you want ! I think generally Florence accomodation is really expensive from what I've seen on air bnb and other sites. Hence, I think Simone's place is great value as per my above comments. Would highly recommend for anyone!
