Alan's cottage was so cosy, comfortable and very welcoming. Alan was extremely thoughtful in contacting us in advance and put our minds at ease about the garden being safe for our children to play in. It was so lovely to watch the birds in the garden. The cottage was generously equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended and I'm sure we will return soon. Kerry

We had a wonderful stay at Alan’s cottage. It was spacious for the four of us and and our dog. There was everything you could possibly need in the cottage and he was very generous to leave us some goodies to enjoy during our stay. The surroundings are beautiful, and we enjoyed a few peaceful walks along the river. We would love to return during the summer months. A fantastic find! Thank you for letting us stay.

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Tay. Warm and cosy with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and a lovely enclosed garden. Lots of personal touches and extras which made our stay even more special. Alan couldn't have been more helpful. We hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan and Val’s cottage! The scenery was spectacular and we loved sitting on the decking with a glass of wine, watching the river go by. You are also very close to Perth town centre and Scone Palace for a nice day out. The cottage is spacious and it was impeccably clean. The garden is way larger than we thought it would be and it is incredibly well-kept. Our dog really enjoyed exploring the space! The hosts were so helpful, responsive and friendly. They have truly thought of everything- the attention to detail was so impressive. Thanks for the wonderful stay! We hope to be back very soon :)
