Cons - needs some maintenance - clearer listing of rooms, you see is a few different rooms that you are randomly allocated to - would be nice to know what room was booked exactly - we expected to be on the ground floor however was one flight up which was bothersome with the amount of luggage we had - required to complete a form online before check in - heads up, big company so there are a few procedures including operating the lock from your phone - said we could drop off luggage and then we were told we couldn’t, but they were happy to compensate for this mistake - parking is a 5 min walk away and we paid 30 pounds for 2 nights - water damage visible along the window and has stained the blinds - bathroom was small but sufficient, an odd smell so we kept the door closed Pros - great location - nice with high ceilings and large windows - really nice communal area with fruits and coffee - great customer service (would return because of this) - thanks Russell

Great place to stay - Old Town and the sights are easily walkable and the location is perfect for trams or buses to/from the airport or anywhere else you may wish to go.
