We reserved the Captain's Lake House for our family Christmas gathering. We had three family units, ending up with 13 people, including a 2 year old and a 6 year old. EVERYONE had something to do and had a fabulous time, not to mention the house allowed for multiple gathering places and lots of quality time. The sleeping arrangements were terrific, with my husband and I taking the Master Suite, including that fabulous ensuite bathroom and direct access to the hot tub. My son's family took the room upstairs with the outdoor balcony, and it was already set up with the PortaCrib, which was wonderful for them. There were also 2 extra beds in that room, so his mother in law was also able to sleep in the room with them. My sister and brother in law took the middle upstairs room, while all the "kids"/young adults slept in the bunk room. We had cold mornings and warm afternoons, and the outdoor living space met that challenge. I really can't say enough about this place. Exceeded expectations

The lake house was beautiful, comfy, & cozy, but the patio was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Mr. Dave was an exceptional host with welcome gifts and details on how to operate all the cool amenities around the house. He was always prompt on responding to questions & accommodated anything we needed. We had a little plumbing issue upstairs and he came without hesitation to fix the problem. My family absolutely loved the home and we look forward to staying again.

This was the best airbnb that our family has stayed at. The outdoor patio was very spacious and comfortable. The house was fully equipped with your typical household needs, every pot, pan, utensils, bakeware and small appliances you would need. The kiddos enjoyed fishing off of the dock and everyone took turns playing pool and air hockey. The game room was an added bonus. I highly recommend this rental.
