The property is accurate with pictures. The view is amazing and the layout itself. But it lacks very important things, THERE IS NO HOT WATER! At all. Means you have to shower with freezing water. The jacuzzi doesn't heat up like a jacuzzi, it only gets warm. Also, the pots and pans are very old and broken, if you don't pay the maid then you probably can't use it, I'm sure she's the only one that can maneuver through. Also, they don't provide the basics like hand soap or dish soap. You have to buy that, also first time I experience that especially due to the fact were in pandemic and just for protocol they should have that. No tvs in rooms, the doors are rusty and old, there's beehives on the 2nd floor in the entrance to 2 rooms, there was only 2 tan beds for a house that holds 16+ persons. Overall it's just not comfortable, alot of things missing and they aren't investing well into the property.

beautiful location, however poorly maintained and managed. onsite custodians don't resolve issues on a timely manner. need a lots maintenance, fixing issues related to electricity, running water, toilets, clean linens and room security.
