Ok so Bruce is responsive to the msgs. Location is a quiet neighborhood. Montreal downtown is a 20 min drive. House has 4 rooms. 3 on main floor and one long one in basement with little sitting area. House is basic and rent is very high as per property standards. House has a tv right next to main door and if you open door too fast it can hit the tv screen as well so this wasn’t mentioned in any instructions so we were lucky not to hit it . Furniture like sofas in the living room are very old. Beds in rooms are very fragile and they move when you move. Most annoying thing about the place is the heating. Owner has kept a limit of 21.5C as maximum on thermostat and it has a note saying if you increase heating over 21.5C the heating can stop working so house was very chilly considering December weather so that was a big issue Overall house is overpriced if owner fixes the heating issue and replaces some furniture then it’s fine or else he needs to reduce the rent as it’s not worth.

The house was perfect for the time we were there. Close to the arena where we had a tournament.
