owner of the property is the gem of the person !!! loved property, especially for kids it's a heaven because there are many game for play and have fun 👍🏻 well maintained properly and very helpful stuff

The place was really beautiful. Gorgeous cottages and great facilities. The huskies are awesome. Just a few minor things as feedback - - too many POCs and WA groups. - no TV channels were coming. No action taken upon giving feedback - response time was a little slow. Food comes a little slow too since they make it fresh - we were surprised that we were charged separately for using the jacuzzi and massage chair. Not clear that it wasn’t included Otherwise the stay was great and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pricey stay that is worth the money

1. Property was not of the same standard as shown in the photographs on-line. 2. Staff at the property is not adequately trained to deliver the services. 3. Food was much below the minimum expected quality for a property with such a high rating. 4. Felt like vacating the property on the very first day, but we had to continue until we managed to identify an alternate. 5. The behavior exhibited by the owner is not fit for hospitality services.

The cottage and surrounding areas are stunning with incredible views especially at night time. We loved the huskies and the hot tub and especially the electric blankets to keep us warm and cosy at night. The staff are really helpful with anything you need just a text message away. We were lucky to meet Rajesh and Sangeeta on our last night whilst exploring the common area and we were treated to drinks, food, music and great company where they treated us like family rather than guests. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back with our families. A little gem of a stay which I am so happy to have discovered on my first trip to Manali, will definitely be back.
