Ovi was a very kind and responsive host. For the price we paid, last minute, this was very helpful for us. We did have a few concerns though. For one, Ovi needed to meet us outside the building prior to letting us up. Then once inside, he asked us to fill out a piece of paper that had our Names, Date of Birth, Passport ID #, Issue Date, Address, phone number etc. We declined to provide that info as all info necessary is on AirBnB. The other issue was that the floor and room smelled of cigarettes. We did not take our clothes out of our bags because of it. The neighborhood is quiet except for children playing til 12:30am in the courtyard. The room is split in half and the other guests came in early in the morning and woke us up. I gave this stay 4 stars because it was less than perfect. But still not bad! If you need a simple room for a night, this will suffice! AC worked. Good water pressure. Clean. Thanks Ovi.

Exceptionally clean! Very simple but with all items needed. Great communication! Kind support in early check-in to leave the luggage. Quite good location. We were able to walk on foot not only to the city of Arts which is nearby but even to the Old Town and to the beach. Just the nearest couple hundred meters around the building looked a bit shady, I wouldn’t walk there at night alone. But during the day - totally fine, lot of people, and after 200m touristic and/or central, better looking zones begins. Overall, I think it is a good and convenient option for this price.

The studio is very nice and has everything you need. It’s about the size of a good hotel room, but also has a kitchen in it. The studio was once a big apartment that was split into two apartments, one two bedroom and this studio we rented. The entrance is connected to the other apartment and if you’re like us, we had guests in the other apartment who frequently used the entrance area and made it feel like we were all staying in the same place together. The family next to us was loud, played music on the highest volume 24/7, and fought all the time but that has nothing to do with Ovi or his studio. It’s just not ideal to share close quarters with neighbors you don’t know. The studio itself is well equipped with everything you need from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The only issue we had was with the WiFi until Ovi fixed it on our last day, we used our data mostly. Ovi was a nice host and he let us keep our bags for a few hours after our prompt checkout at 11am when the cleaners came
