Based on the photos we expected a higher level unit, but on arrival turned out to be a ground floor unit. The outlook into a concrete square is not very charming but was quiet at night the whole time. The unit is very well set up - the two bedrooms are a long way from each other and affords privacy to all. Having 2 full bathrooms was great for our family. Bedrooms cozy but mattress could be improved - after 2 weeks it was uncomfortable. Some basic maintenance lacking - sofa flaking vinyl pieces, kitchen cabinet trim peeling off and bath side panel just hanging loose. Location is super convenient, parking space very generous including guest parking. Biggest concern is the lock boxes which are almost impossible to read in low light - we arrived and left in the dark. It was a very stressful experience getting into the garage and lockbox with no less than 4 codes required! I think there must be a better, more user-friendly way. The customer support was outstanding in all aspects.

Close to down town, very quiet neighborhood, we suggest to book parking, not easy to find. Mary gave us great support on Good Friday, many thanks!!!

Best best ... I was in this apartment it is beautiful it is in the center of Guildford close to everything apartment and perfect I really liked is great beds bathroom kitchen everything perfect! I don't see the time back again .. they still let me leave a little late ,, 10 stars
