房东很热情，房子也很干净

Mayi Janet e suo figlio sono state delle persone molto gentili e accoglienti. Si è creata subito una buona atmosfera e mi hanno fatta sentire come se fossi a casa. Sono entrambe persone buone e sempre pronte a una buona chiacchierata o a un pasto insieme. In momenti in cui necessitavo aiuto in quanto non conoscevo la zona, entrambi sono stati pronti a consigliarmi dove andare e cosa fare. La casa è come nelle foto, sempre ordinata e pulita.

It was a pleasure to stay here, Mayi and her son are very kind. Everything got resolved fine and it was definitely worth it for the price. The only thing to note is that even though there is a window, it points into an inside space so the room is generally pretty dark, even during daytime. But other than that it is a great location, everything you need can be reached by foot and there is a store right in front of the building.

Mayi & her son, Juan were great hosts. Although Mayi can’t speak English, she made efforts to communicate. She also included me in their family activities like watching the WC Finals & also NY Eve’s Dinner & welcoming 2023 & let me experienced what they traditionally do with 12grapes popping when the bells chimed. And also shared with me the broadcast of The Three Kings Festival Parade & explained the significance of the festival vs Christmas. She often brings pastries & bread home to share with guests. A good location w metro, buses & train access to town & airport.

Amei tudo! Mayi é muito atenciosa, o quarto limpo, lençóis bem limpinhos e cheirosos, colchão confortável, quarto muito bom para descansar. Privacidade foi o essencial. A localização muito boa perto do metrô, shopping La Maquinista e tudo que precisamos por perto, amei a praça que tem na rua de cima da estadia. Eu indico de olhos fechados.
