We were lucky enough to snag Dakota's amazing place for the night of April 8th, 2024 (total solar eclipse) in the ski town of Jay, VT. We were a family of four + 3 generations of another family, 10 people total. The home was as described, spacious and tasteful, and the sauna and hot tub were luxurious -- outrageously high value for the price. Dakota was very responsive to questions and concerns, including coming over and helping us move furniture around to make room for opening an extra hide-a-bed. It is worth keeping in mind that the home layout has 4 bunks + opening couch bed all in one room, which is really great for older kids, but perhaps less so for multiple couples and/or younger kids. There were 3 other rooms, two with queens and one with a single and a couch bed. Overall it was a great stay for us and we would highly recommend it, and happily stay again if the occasion arose.

Nice place right down the road from Jay, about 3/4 of a mile. Nice and quiet location and great space. The pictures really don't do it justice. Way more spacious than we thought and great amenities. There was even a small shelf that was available that had extra shampoo and body wash if you need it which we thought was really thoughtful honestly. Lots of maps and things to do in the area if you're not from here. Communication with Dakota was super fast and easy. Responses were almost immediate. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place close to Jay Peak. Had a great time and would definitely book with Dakota again.

perfect ski hut. Beds and baths on 3 levels. Sauna and wood stove were a nice touch and Dakota was super easy to deal with.
