Lynne went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and child friendly. The property was absolutely perfect; clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed plus some fantastic inclusions for the kids. Lynne’s open communication was amazing, as was her list of recommendations of local restaurants, destinations, with lots of included things to see and do that were relevant to the time that we were staying. The location of this property was perfect! So close to the lake with plenty to do right around the corner. Even though it was so close to literally everything, there was no road sound and quiet neighbours which gave the property a very private and secluded feeling. I could not recommend Lynne or this property any higher. Absolutely fantastic and we will be looking forward to our next stay.

Loved the place, my partner Sue wants to buy the house, she loved it that much…heaps of space for the five of us especially when everyone wants to do something different…would recommend to anyone have told my local friends in case relatives come from interstate…couldn’t fault anything about our stay…Thankyou very much…

We've had many sailing trips to Belmont and were delighted with our weekend stay at Lynne's beautiful house. We wish we had a longer trip to enjoy it more! Located in a perfect, quiet & peaceful location, with the deck and stunning back yard a tranquil retreat to unwind and relax after a busy day sailing. Plenty of room for 6 guests and we kept saying "this is such a great house!" the whole time. We have found our new "go to" for sailing regattas. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home Lynne!

Great location and immaculate house for family and within walking distance to all activities including dinner at 16s Belmont Sailing Club. Tasteful furnishings as comfortable beds - what more do you need with coffee just around the corner.
