Kevin is an incredible host. He goes out of his way to accommodate you (just one example: I was a long term stay and sent a package ahead of time and he agreed to pick it up so it wouldn’t be waiting outside for days before I got there). Anytime there was an issue, he got it fixed in a timely manner. As for the space, it was a perfect location if you want to be near Downtown or the Medical District (I was a 6min drive to Children’s). The neighbors are quiet and nice. I always felt safe. Sometimes you can hear things through the walls but it never woke me up or bothered me—just part of apartment living imo. The mattress is really comfortable and the curtains are black out. It also has a lot of storage space for a one bed apartment. The biggest downside was getting mail (which if course isn’t Kevin’s fault!). I had to go to the UPS and USPS stores multiple times to track down packages. Make sure you write your name inside the mailbox if you’re expecting mail. I had no issues with Amazon packages. Overall a great apartment in a great location with an excellent host. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed for 2+ months and it was great. Amazing location, right next to a Kroger and some fun bars and restaurants, and I felt safe walking around at any time of the day. The neighbors were friendly and helped me out when necessary. Kevin was a great host - was very quick to respond whenever I needed help. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Kevin is a great host - extremely communicative andvery nice. The place was nice to stay in, as described. There’s a great desk and a nice chair for working!
