The home is very well appointed and spacious, and very close to Toronto. It looks to be still under some minor home repairs/updates/construction which we weren't aware of, though it didn't impact on the quality of our experience. Melody was very responsive and kind to allow us late checkout.

Our family liked our stay at Melody’s place. House was spacious, a lot of windows and pretty clean. Excellent internet signal once it got up and running. Open kitchen was great and came with all the basics plus some condiments too. We would have loved more mugs for coffees but it was all good. No kitchen towels so please some or bring more paper towels. We would have loved for deck to be connected to the main floor but the walkout was through the basement so we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked. Bedrooms were spacious enough with closets, no dresser in case you want some. Costco soaps were provided which were great. Master was gorgeous There isn’t much to do around the area but lindsay and port perry was 20 mins drive away so wander there if you want to get the small town feel. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. 1.5 hrs from toronto was the best thing about it!

Beautiful and spacious house. Clean rooms. Access to the water 😍 Park nearby, golf course with walking distance. Grocery store within 20mins drive.

Great place, looked exactly like photos and very easy to find! Great for a weekend getaway!
