Very clean with a lot of recreation options! Clean and renovated! Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

My review is to hopefully help the next guest just be aware of what to expect. This is a super cute place and almost all of it has been updated. The pics should updated for the basement, as they did a super nice job with updating that as well. The pics in the listing are now old. I wish they would have made a game area or something, as they lots of space down there, but one of the living room areas didn't have a tv or anything in there that would really make you use that space. It was just a super nice sectional, even a tv stand, but that is it. I just felt like it is wasted space, unless they plan on adding a TV I guess. Kitchen and baths are older but clean and cute. The house came with most everything we needed. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plenty of towels and toilet paper Only thing I wished they had in both bathrooms is Kleenex. The bedrooms are nice, however there was only one bedroom that had a decent bed. The others are extremely hard and the pillows were completely flat. This made sleeping a little rough, but we made do. The next thing, which is on me, as I totally saw the AC unit in the pictures, but didn't think about it much until we got there. The unit is not big enough to cool the whole upstairs. We used a fan to push it through the but the kitchen would never get cool. It was rough on a few of my family, as they don't deal well with heat, but we stayed on the lake as long as we could and outside, so again, got through it. The lake area is good. There are steps as noted. The lake is super nice, mostly sand bottom and very shallow. The one issue I had was getting into the lake. You have to access off the dock, as the shoreline is all rip rap. This made it a challenge for the little ones at times. It would be nice to have steps or something to access the lake easier. The picture shows there is a beach, its like rocky sand at the bottom of the stairs. I know it is a work in progress, but it would be really nice if there was sand. Check in and Check out is also super easy and the hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly. All in all the stay was nice and we got to enjoy family time and be on the water!
