We absolutely loved this beach house. Our family wants to return year after year. Bill was a great host and super responsive to messages. The location is ideal and that hottub made our evenings perfect.

We had a great long weekend stay here! It was nice to have a full kitchen available for us and lots of windows to let the sun in. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Dewey bars and restaurants which was so convenient, no need to worry about driving and parking! Bill accommodated a late check out which was much appreciated.

My husband and I chose this area for our 5 year anniversary as it is not an area we’ve ever been to, and because we wanted to bring our 2 dogs. The space itself was lovely! It was cozy, clean, comfortable linens, great location for short walks/rides to explore lots of fun around. I would absolutely come back & stay at Bill’s space.

Perfect location on a quiet street but still Close to all the entertainment. Even a quick walk to the beach. Once we parked the car and arrived we never used it again. Perfect if you don’t mind walking all around Dewey. Beds were comfy! No fenced in yard for the pups. But that’s okay. Big open living room for quality family time. Black out curtains helped for the sunny mornings. It’s a great beach home. Simple, all you need. Bill was very nice too. Easy to communicate with. Let us arrive a night early for a discounted rate. Don’t feel like you can’t reach out to the owner. He’s great!! And super helpful!! Can’t wait to stay again soon. 🤗

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at this charming house! Bill was very responsive, easy to reach and talk to and took care of an issue SUPER fast for us. The screened in porch was our favorite part along with the hot tub since we visited off season and the weather didn’t cooperate all the time. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We drove to the beach just so we don’t have to lug along all the stuff, but the distance is walkable if you don’t have much to carry. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
