This luxurious suite is situated in a newly built apartment building in St. Paul's Bay. The complex is home to six individual apartments, and this particular one can sleep up to five people, has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a shared living space with a TV, and a small terrace in the back. And as a huge plus, there is a balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment was built by continental standards, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm in winter. The apartment is newly built and was designed with a lot of thought and care to make sure it's the perfect holiday spot that leaves nothing to be desired. All the equipment and furniture were carefully selected, and it has everything to make your holiday unforgettable. The apartment is fully air conditioned and situated on the second floor of the building. Entry is into the dining area, to the right of which is a spacious living room with a sofa that converts into a bed for the fifth guest if needed. This is the room that overlooks the bay with huge windows and direct access to the balcony. Please note that the view is obstructed by the power lines on the street, but it's still a wonderful place to sit and relax (and gets you a better price for the apartment). To the left of the entrance is the sizeable fully equipped kitchen, which enables you to prepare any meal you wish. As you progress through the apartment, you can find the large bathroom complete with a bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet opening from the passage. The two bedrooms open from the same passage, both equipped with a queen size bed, the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. And finally, on this end of the apartment is a small terrace/balcony which is a nice place to pop out for some fresh air at the end of the day. Unlike many other apartments this one was built by continental standards. So it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm even in the winter!
