Carrie is an amazing host and went above and beyond to let my boyfriend and I check out the space before deciding whether to rent. It's a very cozy spot, with easy access (by car) to SoCo and downtown Austin and walking distance to a cute local cafe. The interior is well-designed and gives me Studio Ghibli vibes. The kitchen is well-equipped and usable for day-to-day cooking and occasional baking. The spiral staircase was fun for my boyfriend and I, but might be an accessibility issue for some. Great stay, would definitely come again!

Carrie is great with communicating and getting back quickly if you need anything. Her place is very stylish on the inside and I love the wooden spiral staircase .

We had a great stay at Carrie's place when we first moved to Austin, while we were house hunting! It's in a great location, has lots of character, and we loved having the balcony to hang out on in the evenings! Carrie was always quick to respond to our questions, and helped us resolve a lost key issue quickly. We definitely recommend her condo for anyone who needs a place to call home for a few months. Also, the birria taco truck next door is amazing!

Such a cute apartment! It had a very European feel with the spiral staircase. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, and if you get a chance you should try the taco truck by the corner store. Best birria we've had in Austin! The pool is nice to relax by, and the neighbors are friendly. We would definitely stay again. Carrie was a very kind host, and we had no trouble with communication.
