This serene two-bedroom, 1.5 bath retreat is two blocks from the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in town. Step inside and soak up the charming decor. The spacious screened-in porch is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surrounding yard. There is an AC unit on the first floor plus each bedroom has its own AC. The living room features a Jayson's Home sideboard and chairs along with a CB2 Piazza sofa. The walls showcase our personal travel photography. The work space comes with an iPad to play your favorite Spotify playlist from the Apple HomePod. The kitchen features custom aged zinc counters and reclaimed waterfall edge butcher block island. Relax and listen to the songbirds with a cup of coffee at the restored 1940s French oak kitchen table. The upstairs bathroom gleams with Tilebar subway tile and custom designed mosaic penny floor tile while vintage Slim Aarons photography adds a touch of whimsy. The front Queen bedroom features Anthropologie details. The second Full bedroom boasts Farrow and Ball striped wallpaper, a hand-restored dressing table, and local artist drawings, photos, and screenprints. Cowshed diffusers are placed throughout along with shower essentials that rotate between Cowshed, Alo, and other luxe favorites. We want you to feel right at home. We have hosted every type of guest. The majority of guests we have are first time getaways for new parents and baby. We also see a lot of young families with 1-2 small children, families with school aged kids who setoff on their own adventures around town, mother-daughter weekends, friend reunions, and of course couples. The house is cozy but plenty of room for four people. The yard and porch are great extensions to entertain additional visitors during the day. Please reach out with any questions.
