Rented this spot for my brother and his wife when they came to town to visit. This is the best location downtown. It is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Also included the day pass at the ymca across the street is most convenient for recreational activities. Any other visitor with kids I would recommend going to Wausau on Water down the street. It is a bar with a big arcade and laser tag.

Great little getaway. Very simple studio, just what we needed. We heard a little bit of noise but nothing after 9:00pm! Nice location in the downtown area of Wausau and a 10 min drive to granite peak

Had a nice romantic holiday in Wausau and this was the perfect place for it. This place is right on (I mean right on) a quant little main street full of shops and restaurants. Zero complaints, was a great stay at a very affordable price.

It was a great location! We were able to walk to the grocery store, our dinner restaurant, and to a clothing store! Really great location in downtown Wausau! I would recommend this place if you are only staying one night. The place was fine for a place to sleep in, but not beyond that. The bed was not very comfy and you can hear your neighbors but it had everything you needed for one night. Lesli is very responsive and had some great reccomendations.
