Beautiful place

Second time staying at Timberline. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful for any requests we had. My one complaint was that there wasn’t any basic kitchen essentials like the listing indicated, such as salt pepper and oil. Otherwise everything was flawless, will definitely rent again!

The Good: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy access to great restaurants and great location. The Bad: We were quite disappointed in a few things, especially given the money paid for the stay. Candidly, all the beds were horrible. The only one who slept was our 8 week old in his pack n play. Our 5 and 3 year old mattresses felt like cheap under inflated air mattresses and the master King felt like a 30 year old mattress where you could feel the outline of the coils on your back. The hand towel rack in the hallway bathroom was broken and laying on the countertop and half of the dishes and utensils had food on them. Understanding the unit doesn’t have air conditioning, but it was 80 degrees in the unit the whole night. Fortunately the staff brought a few more small fans when we called. Additionally, there was a very large hornets nest on the underside of the upper balcony which made us keep the family room slider closed the entire time and likely didn’t help in cooling the unit off. Notified the front desk and they did offer to take care of it but it was already 10pm at night. It was quite disappointing, so we ended up leaving a day early due to the above issues and not being able to have our children get any rest.

Nice little place in Snowmass. Don't go between Oct-early Dec otherwise the entire town shuts down and there is nothing for you downtown. The condo itself was very nice. We did have some kids above us that we could hear and then a barking dog below us but they left after a couple of nights so then it was quiet.
