I can’t express how grateful my family was to find this gem ! Amazing amenities, close to town but my family and I were looking for a bonding experience so we stayed there . Played games, read and relaxed by the fire and went into the hot tub and relaxed.. plenty of area for walking, and huge deck that overlooked the lake .. we will be back if they will have us ! So perfect for a large family / gathering!

We loved this house! It was stocked with everything we needed, the layout was great and the view was beautiful. We loved the wood burning fireplace and my friends and I all agreed it was the nicest hot tub we've been in. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous home. There were no issues anywhere. A great home gym in the basement. Just a great environment and a fantastic experience.

Our famioly had a wonderful stay to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. Bree and Kim arranged a warm welcome for us! They were very responsive and helpful when we had a question. We wished that the weather was better so that we could have enjoyed the lovely outdoor area and the propane fire pit. There was plenty of indoor seating and room to accommodate us for meals and chats, and lots of areas to spread out and do different things as well. We made some great memories!

We've stayed in quite a few Air B&Bs and this was our favorite so far. It was definitely the cleanest house ever...I didn't need to touch up clean anything before use. Remarkably clean. We had a combined family event and there was a ton of room to spread out for privacy and room to come together to visit. Great kitchen to cook a big meal in (Henckel knives, All-Clad pans, every appliance you can imagine). Fantastic hot tub. We appreciated that they were dog friendly. It was cold when we visited but the outdoor space was phenomenal and made us want to book again in summer. We were minutes from Canandaigua's Wegmans, plazas, and Tim Hortons. We spent time visiting the Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum Christmas tree festival and the public library. Had a great time. Hosts responded quickly to questions and requests for advice.
