(Currently the water level of the Guadalupe river at the house is Dry so is NO WATER ACTIVITIES AT THIS TIME However, the nearby Palmetto State park is about 15 minutes away, New Brownfiels about 30 as well as many other attractions along the Guadalupe.) Master Bedroom with private restroom and a king size bed & futon sofa bed. The second Bedroom has two twin size beds. Full kitchen with all utensils. Located 12 miles from Gonzales, 20 miles to Seguin, Austin & San Antonio approx 70 milessa Peaceful home out of city traffic. Surrounded of rivers, Lakesand attractions.

Joe was a very pleasant and responsive host. The house was very comfortable and just as described. I would highly recommend!

Quiet and very clean. Host is quick to respond to questions. So sad that there is no longer a lake because this would have been the perfect place for a fishing spot.

Was a great stay for a last minute booking. A little far from town than our usual preference but we were willing to make the sacrifice to have our dogs with us.

The area is full of fishing cabins lot of people use their days off or vacations to go fishing or to stay away of the stress of the City & spend the weekend fishing , some times they party & cook out at nigth
with friendly neighbors and houses along the Guadalupe river.
At this time due to dam repairs is no water running Tru our river but the house is surrounded of parks, rivers & lots of atractions
