Perfect location, bit noisy in evening time with bars close by but nothing a little white noise can’t tune out.

The good: very convenient, good value, well stocked kitchen, responsive host. The quirky: door to backyard does not open all the way. If you are heavy or have a large dog to let out might be a problem. No doors or drawers closed properly. Chandelier over table was huge and we bumped out heads multiple times. Note: we read the reviews so were prepared but Friday and Saturday loud music from local bars was super loud until 2AM. we brougbt earplugs and sleep phones.

Cute place near alot of fun places. We are from the area but had an event close to this Airbnb and needed to have our pets closer during the event. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain recently and the yard wasn't convenient for our pups, a little tricky to walk them across the street No fault of the Airbnb, I'm sure it is wonderful dry and the neighborhood is fun and safe to walk. If you have dogs that can go with you places, this would have been a dream!! Thanks William for the hospitality!

Enjoyed a weekend at this property and it’s location was so convenient. We got to bar hop around the area easily and it wasn’t too loud even though the venues were so close. The house was quaint, small but had everything we needed. Shower and bed were comfortable. Host was very responsive to messages and helped us with a delayed check out. Thanks so much!
