交通非常便利而且周边很安静，位于新宿和银座之间只要2站地铁就到。房间温馨且舒适干净，非常棒的入住体验，如果下次再到东京，我还会继续光顾！

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet and lovely area of Arakicho (definitively on of the most charming places we visited in Tokyo!). Definitely worth recommanding and visiting! Try also the wonderful tiny izakaya Totoya just around the corner or Isshin ramen!

Ken’s Place was a little difficult to find and the check in process is a little tedious but it is close to the station, great restaurants, and the convenience store. The place is small but has everything that you could need. It was also very clean minus a small stain on the couch. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable place to stay at.

Near to train station, restaurants. Place is clean, well maintained . Reasonable space for two big suitcases , TV Area , dining area , kitchen . Bed is comfortable. He gave enough linens , towels for the stay. Bathroom is well equipped , laundry works well. You dry clothes with special heated ventilation ( worked well ). Overall great experience . I contacted host only once ( as all are in perfect condition and no issues at all ) with a question and he responded with in promised time frame up to my satisfaction. I recommend this place for any one looking for good accommodation in Tokyo for two people ..
