Fantastic place. Small by western standards (of course). The combo washer/dryer will not dry your clothes so you need to use the enclosed shower area as a drying space using the controls on the wall in the hallway. Works great once you figure it out! Great place!!!!

I wanted to stay away from crowds but at the same time be conveniently located to travel to some of the popular places in and around Tokyo. The home is conveniently located - so one could access not one but two train stations - at walking distance. Also there were convenience stores which were great cos we would leave very early and come back late at night and these stores were open during these times. The host was kind, accessible and very helpful through our stay. Of course the stay was very comfortable! Thank you for having us!

Yes, the room is smaller compared to American standards. However, this is Tokyo and it is bigger than the hotel room we had before. Additionally, it has a kitchen and a washer. Once you get used to the size, you will find that everything is pretty well organized and it is very clean. The location is very convenient. We loved it so much that we canceled another booking and switched to Ken's for when we come back to Tokyo in about 10 days. The only suggestion I have is to have a better bed - the mattress is a bit too bouncy :)

Very convenient, easy and modern place. Would stay here again! Felt like home :-) I only missed some basics for cooking in the kitchen and a kitchen towel but I guess none of the accommodations in Japan have that.
