Located just off the main street in Gunnedah, this charming 1920s cottage is centrally located and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. The fully furnished two-bedroom cottage has all the conveniences of home and accommodates up to four people. The cottage is available for weekends and occasional longer stays. PLEASE NOTE that the cottage is located near a pub and there is the potential for occasional late night noise - this may not suit everyone. The cottage has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a full bath. The kitchen incorporates a dining area and there is a lounge room and separate office/sitting room area.

We couldn’t rate our stay any higher. The house was extremely well presented we feel in love with the design and the way the house was presented. Clean communications with Maree which made our first time experience with airbnb very memorable
Maree’s place was great, lots of space for the family and facilities were excellent. Because it was such a hot weekend it was a bit disappointing that the air didn’t come through the evaporative air conditioner in the bedrooms, probably just a fast repair. Fans works well though! House and location would be amazing I cooler months. Maree was very accommodating and happy for us to extend our checkout. Communication was always fantastic.

Plenty of parking inside house yard and also on the street. Easy walking distance to just about anywhere in the main part of town.
