I stayed at Sonder for 2 nights. Felt like I was staying at the dry sauna. They had ceiling fan in the room but there was a lock on the window that I couldn’t open to get air circulating and that two days, London weather was up around 27 and sunny. The Draper was keep falling off and it was pretty scary in the middle of the night. It wasn’t properly secured. There is no ice machine or air conditioning in the building and got advised to go to grocery store and get ice at 11 pm!! I was on the 4th floor and all the heat was stuck up there. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant to sleep in that heat and paying that much. It’s way smaller that their pictures too. The bathtub was in a very awkward layout and hit my head twice. There was a wall in an angle while taking shower and you can’t even extend your arms or above your head. I had 1.5 inch gap between the ceiling and my head and had to bend to wash my hair. I am only 5.7. Water pressure was a disaster. Took ages to clean myself.

We stayed at Sonder Kensington Gardens and had an amazing time. The location was perfect and we felt safe. It was also close to public transport and to a lot of tourist attractions. There are lots of shops nearby as well. The room is a bit small, however it’s worth it for the price. The staff are also all really friendly and helpful as well!

Un séjour très agréable dans une chambre propre et conforme à ce qui était décrit. Absolument pas de bruit, très calme. Accueil très sympathique. Je recommande cet endroit qui est bien situé proche de tout.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfectly located, the staff was friendly, and we felt super comfortable coming and going!

really enjoyed my stay, location was brilliant, really close to the park and the place is easy to get to. bed was comfy.
