Originally being from the area, my husband and I, our two Golden's and two other family members who were also previously from the area stayed at David's house for a get together and to visit with other family members and friends. David's house was perfect for that. Spacious and plenty of room for us. Large, lovely backyard and patio area. Good location for other activities as well. David was a great communicator and always responded quickly to any questions I had.

We reached out to David when we needed a place to stay during an extended home renovation, and it was like a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. David is a gracious flexible and responsive host. There is shopping, dining and the highway close by. Extremely pet friendly. We are very grateful.

David's house and property is absolutely awesome. We were in town for a football game and wished we had more time to spend at the house. There is plenty of room for cooking/eating/hanging out in the house (we were a party of 5) and the side yard/patio is great for grilling or playing catch. Everything you could want is in close proximity in the wonderful town of Franklin. We would definitely stay at David's house again if visiting the area.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here with our dog for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost every gadget we needed to cook dinner and there was plenty of room for us to cook and eat. Very cozy living room too! Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in back yard and the house is in a great location.
