Booked The Stables for the first time and will definitely be back. It’s just the right size for the two of us and is clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed! Very peaceful too. We were visiting family and so used it as a base but there’s lots of information for places to visit etc and Taunton has everything you would expect in a large town. Great communication from the owners and it was lovely to meet Chrissie and their daughter

Rob and Chrissy's place was just as described. It was very private but the hosts were easily contactable, lovely and comfortable and carefully presented. I would be happy to visit again.

We stayed for a few nights at Rob and Chrissy’s place with our 2.5 year old daughter on an unexpected and sudden trip. It was private, very quiet and beautifully done. Our hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond while helping me find a location to be able to work from. We would stay again!

Despite our delayed arrival, due to a breakdown, they kept in touch until we arrived. Setting & surrounding countryside are delightful & unique. Facilities are great. modern appliances, & useful tools in the kitchen, where we are a takeaway & cooked breakfast. We were visiting the property we are buying in the area so needed a comfy base to do the rounds & meet the sellers & family for a meal out. It was comfy.
