I was very disappointed with what we got for the price we paid. The patio door would not lock…very dangerous! You couldn’t use the outside patio because the furniture and the grounds was filthy. The bed mattress was horrible. TV’s should’ve been in every room. It did not state that it was only one tv upstairs. Very disappointed for the amount I paid. Would not recommend.

The house was decent to stay in however there were a few things that should have been looked into before giving the house to the guests.

Nice spot, quiet neighborhood. A bit out of the way, definitely want a vehicle if you stay here. First watch and a few other restaurants were within walking distance. Closest grocery store is about 1.5 miles away. Reasonably close to downtown, Fenton, etc if you have a vehicle. Place was clean and had most everything. No cooking oil / spices / etc if you plan to cook. Wifi was spotty.

Megan was super helpful with my questions even though I was not paying attention to the posted “welcome” note from the host on the fridge 😄. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Our daughters loved the idea of having their own bedroom and a 2nd bathroom. The place met our needs, even appreciated the wonderful pillows that don't flatten easily. We would love to stay there again in the future!
