I stayed with four other members of my cohort from my internship for the summer. This place was amazing! Eric gave us a great deal! Definitely glad we went with this location! Location was amazing and everyone in Chinatown was friendly.

Eric is a super communicative host, and responded to every message promptly and helpfully. The apartment is great for a group stay, because each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. It was perfect for our trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Eric was a great host, very attentive. We did have some issues in the begin and he did his best to attend to them in a timely manner. Being country folk we misunderstood the term "loft"! The description said it had a private ground floor entrance so I thought that the loft was the bedrooms on the second floor. Nope! The bedrooms were actually on the 4th floor! But he quickly sent someone to help us move in. The kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty so we had to mop them before using them. There was garbage out on out balcony that he did removed quickly. The heating system was very loud and in dire need of immediate attention The intake vent was extremely dirty. He did send someone right over to clean the grate but afterwards it was still very loud and had a musty smell. Two of my employees became ill due to the smells. The apartment was very spacious but in need of substantial updating!
