Had a great time at Chalet Narnia. We were a big group 6 adults and 6 children and it worked great. The shuttle bus was great but was also only around a 10 minute walk to gondala. We have no complaints
I cannot recommend Morzine Ski Chalets and the whole team enough. We stayed at Chalet Sosa. It’s a great chalet. Loads of space, clean, well equipped, easy check in etc. Everything we needed and wanted was there. Location was spot on. It was a quick 5-10 min walk into town but the bus also goes from right in front of the chalet straight to Pleney. Nicky and the whole team there are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble. For first time skiers they make everything so easy. We used All Mountain Rental, recommended by them, and they were brilliant for our equipment. 10/10 trip all round.
Overall, Gemma and her team were very responsive and accomodating. The chalet is nice and very clean with nice common areas for a large group. The only downside is the location - while really close to the city center, it is right on a busy road, which made the nights not as quiet as we’d have hoped.
