This place is beautiful. Paco was extremely helpful and responsive. We didn’t speak Spanish very well and Paco was able to help us with everything we needed. The house is incredibly beautiful and the views there and one of a kind. Will definitely be back soon!

We had a great week in San Miguel at Pacos place. The location was perfect and it was comfortable for a group of 9 adults. Private bathrooms for each room was a great feature. There was so much to do in San Miguel and the Square was an easy 10 min walk down the hill. Be warned - walking back to the house is a trek uphill - but it’s really easy and inexpensive to get a cab or Uber. The house also has many levels so be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the kitchen, dinning room, living room and rooftop. The view fr the roof was amazing. Diego and Paty were in constant communication and responded to our messages promptly. We asked for more hangers and towels on Day 1 and received them the next day. Overall a fun and outstanding trip and home. Thank you!!!

Excellent listing for a large group in San Miguel de Allende. Gorgeous roof deck and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and living areas for hanging. Only downsides: - Slightly annoying to walk uphill to and from the center of town, but San Miguel is a hilly place! - The key is tricky and you can easily lock yourself out, be careful!

Diego was very responsive. as was house manager Patty. the house is gorgeous and well maintained. wifi worked great. a few issues that should be addressed: the door lock is very difficult to use, no hot water for a few days, garbage not picked up for three days. the house was not stocked for 16 people, but when we asked patty brought extra dishes, but no extra water or other supplies (towels, toilet paper). the curtains provide no privacy - clear view from kitchen to one of the bathrooms. the heater/fireplace did not work. basically everything was great until it wasn't. then both Diego and Patty stopped communicating, cleaning. etc. for a big group I think the hosts should be prepared for an issue or two. they handled our issues very poorly.
