The accommodation was exactly as described. Very clean throughout - kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces. Quiet neighbourhood- we did see and speak to the next door neighbour and he was friendly.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY!! The host Debbie would ask for holding deposit before she could provide check in instructions which is against the Airbnb policy. Then she would make some ridiculous assumptions for the damage of the property / missing items only because she could hold that money. It’s a clear SCAM!!!

Debbie and The Graceful Team couldn’t have been better hosts. This was my first Airbnb experience and I would happily do it again thanks to my experience with Debbie. She couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly and was great at communicating throughout our stay. The property was lovely and maintained to a high standard. The perfect ‘home from home’. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Myself and my bridesmaids stayed at Debbies place the night before my big day, so we could all be together and have ample space for hair and make up artists etc. We had the best time all be it a brief stay. Communication was excellent, the house was spotless, they even added a lovely touch of a bottle of wine and a card to congratulate me. If you need a place to stay in the area i would most definitely recommend these lovely people. Thank you!

Served the purpose of a house for 6 people as we were attending The British Open in Sandwich. lots of nice little touches including complimentary alcohol free beer, coffee and shampoos. Communication was excellent throughout. Small issue upon arrival but was instantly resolved by the host, leaving us all satisfied.
