. Comfort Villa 11 – Standard Rate The villa is part of a group of four villas side by side providing a communal swimming pool and located 750m away from the beach of Sani Beach Club. Swimming pool dimensions are 13m x 8m and its maximum depth is 165cm. The villa measures 110 m2 and hosts up to seven people. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room, a spiral staircase connects all three floors of the villa: basement, ground and first floor. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with twin beds and a balcony. The basement consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed, another bathroom with a shower and a living room. Also, there is an open space with an extra single bed. Air condition in the living room and on the upstairs bedroom, mosquito nets in all the windows, free WiFi internet connection, games for the pool, comfortable sun chairs, parasols, table and chairs on the balcony for outside lunch and dinner and barbecue.
